2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must never share your login details with any third party. In the event of unauthorised access, immediately change your password via the tko999 Login page and contact support.
Section 3: Age Verification and Eligibility
Age Requirement: tko999 is a 21+ platform. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account or participating in any gaming activity. Registration using the details of a minor may result in legal action.
3.1 Age Verification Process
tko999 reserves the right to verify the age of any member. The following documents are accepted for age verification:

- Valid Passport
- Government-issued Birth Registration Certificate (subject to confirmation that age is 21 or above)
Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until age verification is completed.
Section 4: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following conditions apply to depositing funds on tko999:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds must be sent from an account registered in your own name.
- Funds deposited from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
- All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions must be followed when withdrawing funds:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may not be possible until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
- If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be delayed during the investigation period.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility
tko999 is not responsible for any loss or delay caused by technical issues with a payment gateway or mobile banking service. Successfully processed transactions are considered final and are generally non-reversible. Any complaints regarding a transaction must be reported to support within 24 hours.
Section 5: Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 will earn a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total bets to be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be used once only.
- A bonus applies to one account only — claiming bonuses from multiple accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited.
- tko999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games — each offer will specify its own conditions.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
- tko999 reserves the right to investigate an account if bonus misuse is detected.
5.3 VIP and Cashback Program
tko999 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level. Regular active gaming activity is required to advance to a higher level. Detailed terms of cashback offers will be communicated separately.
Section 6: Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
tko999 is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. All our games operate using an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely unpredictable and unbiased.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tko999 platform:

- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

6.3 Technical Issues
If a game remains incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, tko999 will determine the outcome of that game according to its records. The data stored on the server will be considered final. In such situations, a member may contact support within 24 hours to raise a complaint.
Section 7: Fair Use Policy
7.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one tko999 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
7.2 Code of Conduct
All members must treat other members, customer support representatives, and the platform with respect. Harassing, offensive, or threatening behaviour may result in account termination.
Section 8: Account Termination and Suspension
8.1 Termination by tko999
tko999 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms.
- Registration using false information.
- Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
- Evidence of account hacking or unauthorised use.
- Detection of bonus misuse.
8.2 Closure by Member

Section 9: Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Liability by tko999
tko999 is not responsible for the following:
- Any loss or delay caused by technical issues with third-party services.

- Issues caused by the member's own actions (wrong password, incorrect payment details).
- Unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives) that disrupt the service.
9.2 Gaming Risk
